Ouch, I’ve Meme’d Myself!

Perusing the web tonight, I came across this meme at our friend Christopher’s blog over here and got it into my head to tag my own crazy self because it a) looks like fun, b) is something I want to pass on to you all, and c) will really assist me in procrastinating on the rest of my work tonight.  So here goes…

e) Jody

  1. You forgot George and Frika Ronbow!

  2. What?!? You’ve never sung karaoke?!?! Next BlogHer. No arguing.

  3. Fun! I’ve been thinking about Uggs too. Maybe for Christmas?

  4. What fun! I may have to do this (if Nik will sleep tonight!) to distract myself from the yuckies around here. Interesting list of stuff; made me realize I’ve done a lot of very neat things. 🙂

  5. No, Frooly, I didn’t FORGET, per se… 😉

Oops, Susan, I suddenly think I might have to be out of town instead of at BlogHer in 2009! Gee, how did that come up all of a sudden?

Floating in Space: yeah, I was really thinking about it today after my pants got wet up to the knees after I cleared off my car. Ugh –> Ugg.

Niksmom – I had the same feeling – wow, my life hasn’t actually been that boring!!

  6. Emily, only my cousin, aunt and mom get to call me ‘Jody’. I had a violin/viola teacher growing up who insisted on calling me that and it turned into a family joke. I would hate it from anyone other than that very small handful of family members. You hear??

[And I will add that only Matt calls me ‘Jordie’ on occasion, and my other cousin gets to call me ‘Scruffy’.]

  7. Jordan…only one person I know calls me “Em,” and only two people I know get away with calling me “Emi.” Strangely enough, Mr. DMFP never calls me by my name at all…I’m always “Sweetie.” On the rare, every-other-year-occasion he does address me as “Emily,” I know he’s decided that he’s pretty unhappy with me about something. It’s weird what’s in a name. In fact, I’m gonna go blog that today. Yep. Bored.

  8. Kia (Good Enough Mama)

Oooh. I like this one. I might have to tag myself eventually. 😉 I’ll be sure to link back if I do.

  9. That’s quite a list to sort through. I’ve visited the Great Wall, adopted a child, and grown my own vegetables. But I’m probably proudest of the fact that I’ve sung karaoke – Dusty Springfield, no less. No, I’m kidding. I’m proudest of my beautiful daughter. The karaoke is a close second though.

  10. Scruffy?

    No excuses. Just do.

    I promise you.
